Project::M-Powerment
Especially in handling the challenge of getting older in an employment-based society, competences which have been achieved in ones biographical life become more and more important for improving ones self-esteem and the capability of self-determined decision-making. These aspects of 'power' are relevant ones in the re-integration process of long-term jobless people aged around 50. At this point the method 'Empowerment by medial staging' has its starting point, which was developed and tested in the frame of the EQUAL Project 'U-Turn'.
